My father was a cabinet maker and had a great passion for wood and he gave me an opportunity from a very early age to help him in his workshop. I would watch him construct furniture by hand using traditional woodworking tools and skills passed down over hundreds of years and I knew I had that same passion.
My name is Simon Woods and I had a life long dream to run my own bespoke furniture business called Four Woods Ltd. With over 30 years experience, we aim to provide a personal service offering handmade high quality bespoke furniture, kitchens and architectural joinery. We can work alongside you to bring your ideas to life and specialise in a variety of traditional hardwoods (oak, beech, cherry, walnut etc) to the more modern alternatives, MDF, laminates and other specialist materials creating a more contemporary finish.
